Add some more camp/trail updates for Chain Lakes/Doelle Lakes areas.

Add another backcountry campsite at the lower Chain Lake.

Update trail conditions for sections of Icicle Creek Trail visited this past weekend, incl. campsites, guide posts, etc. Chain Cr no longer flows out the W end of the lake. Adjust to better match the guessed possible path for the outflow.

The Icicle Creek bridge has been wiped out for a few years.

Document another gate locked to the public due to E Buttermilk Rd being washed out.

Document waterway by War Creek Ridge and add gate. I don't know how to document the washouts yet, but there are multiple washouts that caused USFS to close the road to public access via all but foot.
